We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@vianeystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a return authorization and return instructions.
Pack your item securely and either attach the return label or bring it to our East Tulsa location.
If mailing, drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

Local Drop-Off Option

Prefer to return in person? You're welcome to drop off your return at our location in East Tulsa, OK. Please email us at support@vianeystore.com to arrange your drop-off.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit. If you use our prepaid return label, a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Local drop-offs are not subject to this fee.
